Overwhelming Gratitude + an Update

In just over two months, I’ll be heading to the Philippines with a group of 10 other women! That’s only 60 days…this time of preparation has flown by!

I’m still hoping to do more language study, scripture memorization, and build up my physical strength and endurance.

I am incredibly grateful for the donations I’ve received! Thank you to those I know who have given, and thank you to those who have given anonymously. I feel so supported and loved!

The number of responses from people asking about how my funding is going, about how I’m feeling, for updates, and how they can pray for me has been overwhelming—in a good way.

EXCITING UPDATE: I’m only $300 away from my personal funding goal, which means I met the goal of raising 75% by the end of August! Anything I raise above this amount goes directly to additional outreach while we are there.

PRAYER: I’ve updated my prayer list to include specific areas and needs. Please continue to keep me and the team in prayer as we get ready. Pray for the Holy encounters we will have with the Filipino people and for opportunities to show Jesus’ light and bring hope to hurting people in all the places we visit. Pray for our team’s health and safety.

TANGIBLE ITEMS: And as a team, we’ve also created an Amazon wish list for the trip. If you’d like to donate items for our trip, this is where you can find them. Items on this list include the bracelets and charms we will give to the ladies during the women’s conference we host in Baguio.
